These paper cups from THE INKED ARMY are made of corn starch material to achieve faster biodegradability and reduce the burden on waste management.
The paper mouthwash cups are also perfect as a water cup (for washing out the needle) for a tattoo session. They fit in all standard cup dispensers and cup holders.

Note: We filled the paper cups to the brim with a water/Oxxolon/Tattoo colors mixture. Even after 8 hours, the paper cup showed no signs of being water permeable.
Why did we use a water/oxolone/tattoo ink mixture? Experience has shown that this is the highest concentration that a biodegradable paper cup must withstand in everyday tattooing.
Tattoo accessories such as cling film, packaging, plastic cups, protective covers, couch covers and other tattoo consumables are an important part of hygienic working in the tattoo studio.
Many tattoo artists already pay attention to vegan tattoo colors and ecological tattoo accessories which is already worth a lot. But apart from animal welfare, we should of course also think about the rest of the environment.
So what if you could not only use animal-friendly materials, but also save a little bit of the environment when tattooing?
THE INKED ARMY ECO FRIENDLY products are made from compostable and biodegradable bioplastic, which means they are mostly made from PLA (polylactide), which is derived from corn starch.
Even the manufacturing process uses 65% less energy and produces 68% less greenhouse gases, compared to similar disposable plastic tattoo products. So while burning THE INKED ARMY ECO FRIENDLY, biodegradable tattoo products, in waste incinerators, even without recycling, less CO2 is already released.
The tattoo accessories of THE INKED ARMY ECO FRIENDLY made of compostable and biodegradable raw materials can be easily recycled in normal household compost systems.
Sustainability is also taken into account in the packaging, it is made entirely of recycled paper and completely plastic-free.
