Quantum Lining Black is the perfect lining tattoo ink that every artist needs. For a deep black that won't fade to blue, Quantum use a combination of Carbon Black pigment and Jet Black pigment. At Quantum, extensive testing and research was done to develop the perfect Lining Black formula with a pigment concentration of 70%. At this specific concentration, the formula is thin enough to wipe off easily while leaving the stencil intact.
